RSpond provides a software platform — the AI software factory (the Enterprise Software Path) that turns working prototypes into enterprise-deployable applications, together with the Liquid Compute Runtime they run on. RSpond software is licensed under its own license terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The RSpond name, logo, and website content are the property of RSpond, Inc. The RSpond software is available under the terms of its own license.
4. Design Partner Program
Participation in the RSpond Design Partner Program is subject to separate agreement between the parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or commitment to enter into a design partnership.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. RSpond software is pre-release software and should be evaluated accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSpond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or RSpond software.
